Quality starts with an agreed specification
Know the inputs
Review ingredient identity, composition, supplier records and any relevant allergen or contaminant information against your market and product brief.
Define the finished product
Agree pouch material, weight, can count, sensory criteria, package fit and the test methods used to determine acceptance.
Keep approval traceable
Link sample sign-off, artwork version, production lot and release records. Record changes rather than relying on informal descriptions.

Match the test to the claim
A certificate or raw-material study is not a universal statement about the finished pouch. Safety, stability and performance evaluation should address the actual formula, package and intended conditions of use.
Claims such as sugar-free, fluoride-free, whitening, probiotic viability or child-resistant closure each raise different evidence questions. Confirm who is responsible for the review and which records will be delivered.
