Launch readiness is a set of linked approvals. An attractive product photograph is only one small part of the work.

Close the technical decisions

Confirm the formula version, pouch specification, can model, count and approved physical sample. Review which safety, stability and compatibility questions have been resolved and which conditions still apply. Keep the decision record current.

Close the public statements

Check website copy and printed artwork against the approved ingredient list and evidence. A category name should not silently become a disease-treatment promise. Make sure images, claims and qualification references do not imply support that has not been established.

Close the commercial details

Verify SKU quantities, production minimums, timeline milestones, trade terms and the documents to accompany the order. The purpose of the final review is to ensure that the product being ordered is the product that was evaluated and approved.

Put the decision into your project record

Use a short record that names the product or sample version, the decision required, the supporting information and the person responsible for approval. If a point is unresolved, record the next action before moving to the following approval. This makes the discussion more useful than a general request for the “best” formula or package.

For a production quotation, identify each SKU and its quantity. The current minimum is 3,000 cans per SKU and 9,000 cans per order. Sample evaluation is discussed separately and does not create a production order.

Questions to bring to the discussion

What should I send with this question?

Include the target market, product direction, relevant sample or model code and the decision you want to make. Attach current specifications or evidence where available.

Does this guide establish product effectiveness?

No. It is sourcing and development guidance. Finished-product suitability, claims and commercial terms require a project-specific review.
