Botanical oral pouch concepts need a precise ingredient brief. “Herbal” describes a broad direction and does not establish organic status, safety or clinical effectiveness.

Identify the botanical material

A plant name may refer to different parts, preparations or extracts. Request the identity and specification relevant to the proposed ingredient. The development discussion should be specific enough to distinguish the actual material from a general botanical story.

Define the sensory purpose

Explain whether the botanical is being considered for aroma, taste or another intended role. Keep the desired sensory character separate from any health claim. A clear purpose helps the sample review focus on the experience the brand wants to create.

Review absence and origin statements

Organic, vegan, natural-origin and allergen-related statements are separate questions. Ask for supporting records and confirm the applicable criteria for the finished product. Do not let a leaf image or a green label imply certifications that have not been established.

Put the decision into your project record

Use a short record that names the product or sample version, the decision required, the supporting information and the person responsible for approval. If a point is unresolved, record the next action before moving to the following approval. This makes the discussion more useful than a general request for the “best” formula or package.

For a production quotation, identify each SKU and its quantity. The current minimum is 3,000 cans per SKU and 9,000 cans per order. Sample evaluation is discussed separately and does not create a production order.

Questions to bring to the discussion

Does herbal mean certified organic?

No. Organic wording requires the relevant certification, ingredient coverage and market-specific checks. No organic certificate is claimed on this site.

Can botanical flavors vary between batches?

Botanical materials may vary. An agreed identity, composition and sensory specification helps define what is acceptable for your project.
